Tehran is ready to restart atomic discussions with the United States as long as it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat said only diplomacy produced results, and shared new appeals had originated from go-betweens to reopen negotiations with the American leadership. He said Iran possessed no undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran had not yet reached a point to allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to visit attacked atomic facilities for protective measures.

Navigating a Difficult Course

Araghchi is walking a difficult course since Iran does not want be seen to be proceeding from a stance of weakness, and he emphatically stated that Iran had arisen more powerful defensively and emotionally from the Israeli-US attack on its nuclear sites in June.

He was addressing at a security conference in Tehran where he reaffirmed that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to process nuclear material on home soil that it will always maintain" – the primary cause of the impasse in the earlier negotiations.

Prior Talks Unexpectedly Terminated

The prior phases of discussions between the US and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and hostile conclusion on 12 June when Israel, with Washington's assistance, struck Iran's enrichment centers in a two-week conflict that ended with the American leader claiming the locations had been eliminated. Afterward, EU nations exercised their right to reimpose global restrictions, but Iran maintains they have not had a substantial consequence.

Ideal Resolution Suggested

Iran's diplomats said they felt they had attained a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was agreed an local partnership with Washington's engagement could process nuclear material. The two nations would have been able to assert triumph since local refinement would have remained and the US could be confident that Iran's atomic project was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been agreed in the negotiations that US nuclear scientists could function inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the cooperative offer. Officials claimed three times they had achieved a deal with Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff only for the agreement to collapse due to "spoilers in Washington".

Existing Status

Tehran representatives declared the partnership proposal was now no longer available, but it seems quite possible the proposal could be reintroduced in certain ways if talks resume.

The American leader in recent days stated he had been getting signals that Iran desired to reopen negotiations, but privately Iran's diplomats claim they are not yet obtaining consistent overtures from the United States either explicitly or from important Middle Eastern intermediaries, such as Qatar, Egypt, the Omani authorities and Saudi Arabia. The Iran's state department has been criticized of non-responsiveness in the wake of the US president's straightforward manner, but Tehran states diplomacy is not part of a show.

Negotiating Position

In his remarks to the conference, designed to depict the US as a dominant force that exploits the idea of worldwide standards, Araghchi stated the two-week conflict demonstrated the conflict could not be resolved by armed force. He stated the strikes commenced with a US demand for an unconditional Iranian surrender and ended with an absolute demand for a ceasefire.

Iran is convinced the initial Israeli attacks were executed with full US knowledge and collaboration, making trust hard to rebuild.

Diplomacy Continues the Final Solution

Araghchi said: "It was not Iran that had deserted dialogue; it was the United States and the European states that had repeatedly tried to impose their desires during the negotiations. Negotiations can still be active and continues the ultimate answer to resolve conflicts, but its standards, guidelines and tenets must be adhered to."

"Provided that they talk to the Iranian people with the approach of respect and respect, they will obtain a reply in the equivalent language."

Restoration and Reconstruction

In what is characterized by Iran's diplomats as the conflict of recovery and rebuilding, the foreign minister said he was confident Iran's military capacities "are considerably enhanced than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Every aspect of our defense have been rebuilt. We acquired many lessons from this conflict; we have identified our personal limitations and the shortcomings of the adversary."

He added: "We successfully passed this engagement. Our atomic expertise, which they aimed to destroy, stays intact. The sites and machinery, if eliminated, will be rebuilt; what is crucial is the determination of the citizens of Tehran and then the unity of the country that they targeted, but were unable to destroy. The citizens of Tehran have developed more powerful, more cohesive, and more supportive of the leadership and the country in the face of this assault."
